Part number 40344 is what I call our “Anchor Bolt Epoxy Workaround Kit” and is not something we normally sell so we do not have a cut sheet on it.  It was an alternative mounting kit that we put together for the rare instances of when someone accidentally pours concrete before having the normal anchoring hardware to sink in the new pour.

The kit contains the following items:

4 16 inch straight bolts (we use J bolts in the normal application)

2 cardboard templates (1 for a CB5 series (3 bolt pattern) and 1 for the CB1 series (4 bolt pattern))

8 washers

8 nuts

The intent of this kit is for the installer to drill new mounting holes into the concrete using the cardboard template as a guide.  The straight bolts would then be inserted into the concrete and epoxied in place.  Once the epoxy sets you should be able to set the Code Blue unit onto the bolts and then secure it with the washers and nuts.
